Abby prioritizes furthering her knowledge and building connections both in and outside of the workplace.

Outside of work, you can find Abby at the gym or hanging out with friends and family!

Adam is a relentless problem solver with a detail-oriented mind geared towards analytical thinking and processes. For Adam, every challenge is either a question that can be answered or an opportunity to learn. His background is heavily quantitative with a skillset including statistical learning, data mining, and mathematical computing. Adam loves the teamwork environment and the ingenuity that can grow out of collaboration. Working in a team to solve problems and create solutions is what drives him.

Outside of work, you might find Adam watching any variety of sports, playing baseball, or playing video games with his friends.

Alex believes in the power of people, and how if given the correct resources and encouragement, can achieve any of their goals. Alex’s commitment to learning new things everyday has allowed him to grow as an individual, businessman, and leader.

His goal is to be able to positively impact someone every single day by the work that he does, and knows that he has that opportunity with AMEND. Outside of work, Alex enjoys cheering for his beloved Cleveland & Ohio State sports teams, playing basketball, baseball, or cooking.

Alex loves collaborating with others to create powerful solutions to solve complex problems.  Alex is a certified Salesforce administrator with a background in engineering and manufacturing.  Alex views problems he has not encountered before as a learning opportunity instead of a roadblock.  

After work hours, you may find Alex playing sand volleyball, taking his two dogs on a walk around the neighborhood, or at home relaxing with his wife and daughter.
