Joe is an active and driven young professional who believes in using the power of data analytics to generate solutions for complex problems.

Joe’s ambitious and investigative spirit, coupled with his extensive training in analytics, drive his ability to tackle arduous problems head-on. Joe’s leadership and desire to generate custom, long-lasting results provide a detail-oriented approach to projects of any scope.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys rooting for the Cincinnati Bearcats and can often be found preparing meals for friends and family on his beloved charcoal grill.

I am passionate about improving people’s lives at work. Whether it is redefining a process, identifying training needs, or providing actionable data that can be used for decision-making, it’s my goal to identify opportunities that will help individuals be more successful in their job, which will, in turn, benefit the business overall. People spend about 1/3rd of their life at work, so making that time more satisfying and empowering is my motivation. My work background has primarily focused on people (HR) and customer analytics where I engage with business leaders to identify areas of opportunity, conduct research/interviews, analyze data, and provide insights through data visualization.

Outside of work, you will likely find me doing something outdoors with my husband and dog. The warmer months are typically packed with camping, hiking, kayaking, etc. while the colder months are spent planning and longing for next year’s trips.
